Screen Recording Basics: Area, Audio and Format
Choose the capture area first: full screen for demos, a window for a cleaner frame, a tab for web-only content. System audio is often limited by the browser; use a microphone for narration. Output is usually WebM, which some editors need to transcode.
Full screen: demos/multiple windows.
Window: clean, good for tutorials.
Tab: web page only, cleanest.
Tick Share audio when prompted.
Use a mic for narration; avoid speaker feedback.

Why is there no audio?
Audio was not ticked, or the OS/browser does not support it.
Can I share WebM directly?
Many platforms accept it; convert to MP4 otherwise.
